Lilly and Walmart launch retail pickup for Zepbound vials at self-pay prices

Eli Lilly and Walmart announced on Oct. 29, 2025 that Zepbound (tirzepatide) single-dose vials ordered through LillyDirect can be picked up at Walmart pharmacies, the first retail pickup option for the manufacturer's direct-to-consumer, self-pay price ^[1][5].
