Lilly Endowment's reported $108.4 billion portfolio holds one stock, Eli Lilly
The Lilly Endowment, the private foundation started in 1937 with gifts of Eli Lilly & Co. stock, reported a single holding worth $108.4 billion as of the second quarter of 2026. Its latest filing lists 90,376,978 Lilly shares and no other positions, and that share count has not changed in 31 consecutive quarterly filings. Lilly also marked its 150th anniversary at an Indianapolis event where it unveiled a food partnership and a life sciences speaker series.
